We do NOT accept returns or issue refunds for orders placed incorrectly or if you change your mind after payment has been received.
Please inspect your order once it has been delivered & notify us within 7 days if an item has arrived damaged or defective. We will organize a replacement/refund as quick as possible. The damaged item may need to be returned before a replacement/refund is issued.
If you have received a letter frame or any other frame we make that has incorrect spelling or another mistake through a fault of mine (I apologize, I am only human!) please do NOT throw away your wooden frame as the replacement you will be sent will NOT include the wooden frame, we believe in not wasting materials as much as we can.
